Consultation and X-ray
The dentist checks the gap and the teeth beside it, and explains your options. You hear the plan and the cost at your consultation, before anything starts.
The neighbouring teeth are shaped
The teeth on either side of the gap are shaped so they can hold the bridge.
A digital scan
The shaped teeth are recorded with a digital scanner. No impression putty is used.
A temporary bridge
You wear a temporary bridge for about one to two weeks while the final one is made.
Fitting
The final bridge is cemented in place in one piece and checked. We show you how to clean underneath it.
